Most of my thinking about missions is focused on engaging the world–this post is about engaging the American culture in the same way, desiring to see the Gospel connect with and transform the culture of the land.  Carey Casey does a great job talking about, encouraging and teaching about championship fathering.  He also has a passion to see the culture of fatherhood completely changed in the United States.  It’s this vision  to see biblical and godly fathering spread and permeate through the cities and towns of the US that sets this ministry apart.  There are others who likewise teach and model healthy, biblical fatherhood; Casey sees the need and opportunity to reach out to men, constructively, compassionately, and creatively to change their lives and their children’s futures.  Take a look around the website–and don’t bypass the opening message!
